AppLEADs Advance
AppLEADs Advance is the entry point into the program, designed to help students reflect on who they are and what drives them to become leaders, and practice their current leadership style. Through interactive activities and reflection, students explore questions of purpose, values, and identity. The experience emphasizes that leadership is not just about titles or positions—it’s about understanding your strengths, connecting learning to meaning, and discovering how you can contribute to your community and the world. This experience will be offered at the beginning of each semester. Interested in learning more and completing appLEADs? Save the dates below!
